Does your grout look dark and dingy? That happens because all the cooking oils and grease in your kitchen fall down into the grout crevices.
Mopping helps. But it doesn’t clean the grout very well. Even the tile, if it has pores or grooves, can get soil built up and look bad. Every two to four years, you should have your tile and grout deep cleaned.
How will your tile and grout get sparkling clean?
First, we’ll prep the area by covering up appliances with plastic as need.
Second, we’ll use a pre-treatment on the tile and grout to break down oils. If needed and appropriate, we’ll also use an acidic cleaner to brighten your grout.
Next, the pre-treatment gets agitated into the grout with a brush machine.
Now here comes the powerful cleaning magic: Your tile and grout is rinsed with a high-pressure, hot water tool that rinses and instantly extracts the water into a holding tank in our van. This system removes all the built-in dirt, oil, and soil from your tile and grout. NO MESS is left in your home.
Last, upon request, we’ll apply a grout sealer to your grout to help keep it clean. The professional sealer we use is chosen based on the type of tile and grout you have.
If any spots return or areas look bad within 30 days, call us within 30 days after your cleaning and we’ll come back out at absolutely no charge.
